Soul Safe™ is an online platform delivering best practice hygiene and health training, upskilling your business to become an industry leader in creating and maintaining a consistently healthy and COVID free workplace.
Soul Safe™ allows businesses to promote themselves as a leading hygienic and healthy workplace in their industry, providing support and reassurance to employees and inspiring customer confidence.
The Essential package will give you access to the Soul Safe™ Employee Course which will provide a baseline understanding of core hygiene and health topics. The course takes approximately one hour to complete.
Topics covered include:
Current COVID-19 situation
Effective cleaning and disinfection
Hygiene and physical distancing measures
Working during COVID-19
In addition to the Employee Course you will have access to one Industry Focus training course, detailing practical examples and relevant information specific to the industry in which you work. This course will take approximately 25 minutes to complete.
We don’t want to see you leave, but Soul Safe™ is flexible and you can cancel your monthly subscription by contacting us. If you subscribed month to month and wish to cancel,email email@example.com to cancel your business’ subscription. If you cancel during a billing period, you can still access your account until the end of the current billing period whereby your business’ access will cease and the account will be closed.
If you have purchased an annual subscription and received the 18% discount, your subscription is for a minimum of 12 months.
Once your business’s subscription is cancelled, any account that was created through that business will be deactivated. Your employees will no longer be able to access the Soul Safe™ Centre or the Soul Safe™ App to complete training or view completed training. Note all progress by your employees will be permanently erased. We recommend downloading your completion certificates before you request to cancel.
You can log back into your account at any time and re-download or email yourself a copy of your certificate. For technical assistance, please email our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have purchased the Pro or Enterprise package, the Customer Care team will be in touch to arrange physical badge distribution. For international businesses, you should receive your Soul Safe™ badge 2 weeks after purchasing your subscription. If you have any queries please email email@example.com.
Your digital badge is available for download from the Soul Safe™ Centre, and will appear in your dashboard once you have completed either the Soul Safe™ Management course or the Soul Safe™ Employee course. At present you can only purchase a Soul Safe™ subscription via the Soul Safe™ website. Please subscribe to Soul Safe™ online first, then download the Soul Safe™ App and log-in to commence your learning.
