STEP 1: IDENTIFY THE NUMBER OF SOUL SAFE™ CERTIFICATIONS YOU REQUIRE
Your Soul Safe™ certification is based on the number of employees in your business, both full time and casual, per premises from which you operate.
For a business that operates from multiple locations, you will require a Soul Safe™ certification per physical operating premise.
STEP 2: IDENTIFY YOUR SOUL SAFE™ REPRESENTATIVE AND ENROL WITH SOUL SAFE™
Your Soul Safe™ representative is a senior person within your business who has oversight across all operations and has the authority to implement change.
This person will enrol with Soul Safe™, complete the Soul Safe™ Business course and send all staff details to complete the Soul Safe™ micro-credential.
STEP 3: COMPLETE THE SOUL SAFE™ BUSINESS COURSE
This will take your Soul Safe™ representative 2 hours to complete and can be stopped and started at any time and your progress will be saved.
For a greater, more detailed education in infection prevention and control, there is an option for Soul Safe™ certified businesses to purchase exclusive access to a Statement of Attainment.*
Please note you do not have to complete the SOA to become Soul Safe™ certified.
STEP 4: ALL STAFF COMPLETE SOUL SAFE™ MICRO-CREDENTIAL
Your Soul Safe™ representative will receive an email with links to the Soul Safe™ micro-credential, that can be passed along to staff.
The Soul Safe™ micro-credential can be completed at any time, as many times as your staff wish. It is important to ensure new staff who are onboarded throughout the certification period, also complete the Soul Safe™ micro-credential.
